Course Cancellation Policy 

​

For the situation of cancellation refund, the deposit or payment will be refunded minus any administration fees incurred by the Healing Art of Thai.

​

To request a 'cancellation refund' you must request in writing that you request a refund and provide your name and details of the confirmation of payment to nicola@healingartofthai.com. This request needs to be made within 14 days from purchase and no later.

​

You are not eligible for any refund if you make the claim after 14 days, or if you have made any subsequent payments following the initial payment that exceeds the 14 days, attended the class, downloaded the training materials, or accessed the training portal. 

​

‘Healing Art of Thai’ or ‘Nicola Dickenson’, reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of delegates has not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The company also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that disables a safe training environment. 

​

In the event of a cancellation, Healing Art of Thai / Nicola Dickenson will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid

Online Course Cancellation Policy 

​

We have a 14-day cancellation policy, starting from the date of payment. 

E.g, Purchased on the 1st of the month and canceled on or before the 14th of the month.

​

The 14-day cancellation is only applicable under these circumstances;

  • You have not accessed the teaching platform or downloaded any of the course materials.

  • For ‘Live’ online courses, cancellation must be submitted before the start date of the course, irrelevant of whether it be fully or partially ‘Live’ online.

 

Please be aware that ‘cancellation refunds’, will be refunded minus any administration fees incurred by the Healing Art of Thai.

How to request a cancellation refund - Online and In-person Courses

To request a 'cancellation refund' send an email to nicola@healingartofthai.com stating that you want to cancel your purchase and request a refund.

Email title: ‘Cancellation Refund Request’.

Please provide;

  • Your full name

  • Your preferred method of contact

  • The name of the course purchased and/or order number

  • A copy of the order or receipt, Or, date of the payment

Cancellation of Courses by Healing Art of Thai

 

The Healing Art of Thai reserves the right to cancel courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

​

In the event of a cancellation, Healing Art of Thai will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund.

​

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the requirements of the cancellation policy. Reimbursements will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

​

Please be aware that ‘cancellation refunds’, will be refunded minus any administration fees incurred by the Healing Art of Thai and that refunds may take up to 30 days.
